Update 3: Production Progress: Water Reservoir Finalized & Packaging Ready

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. Thank you for your continued support as we move the product closer to completion.

Water Reservoir

The water reservoir is now fully finalized and the latest production samples match our design and quality expectations. We are pleased with the fit, finish, and consistency of the parts produced so far. The start of the food-safety certification process has unfortunately been delayed due to the holiday period and year-end workload at the testing agencies. The testing is expected to begin shortly once normal operations resume.

Drain Box

During early production runs we identified some issues with the flatness of the drain box as the parts cooled. To correct this, the production process has been adjusted and an additional tool is now inserted after injection molding to support the part during cool down. This ensures the components remain firm and flat.

Components, Packaging & Next Steps

The quick connectors have already arrived, and the stainless steel tubes that draw water from the reservoir have been successfully produced. Packaging design is also complete and ready for use.

Our focus now is on commencing the food-safety testing, continuing production validation, and preparing for assembly and fulfillment. We will keep you posted along the way and share a timeline update very soon!
