Update #4: Certification Completed and Shipping Preparation

It has been a few weeks since our last update, and we are pleased to share that we are getting close to shipping all orders.

Certification and Component Status

We have successfully obtained the food-safety certification from TÜV. This confirms that the water reservoir meets all required regulatory standards. The drain boxes and water reservoirs are currently on their way from our production partner. The drip trays are in the final polishing stages and will be ready shortly. The complete water draft assemblies - including quick connectors and stainless steel draft tubes - have already been assembled and packaged.

Installation Guide Available

We have produced a detailed installation video to ensure a smooth and straightforward setup process. You can find it in our Instructions & Care section.

Final Assembly and Next Steps

Once the water reservoirs arrive, the custom metal pins at the back will be installed. These pins are required for the machine to correctly gauge the water fill level of the reservoir.

As soon as the remaining components arrive and final assembly is completed, we will begin preparing shipments later this month.
